Job summary
A leading construction management firm in Dubai is looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards. The ideal candidate must have a BSc degree in Engineering and over 12 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly on villa projects. Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of project requirements are essential. This role involves monitoring construction activities and collaborating with design teams.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in Construction Supervision of similar projects.
- Experience on Villa projects of similar complexity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
- Monitor and coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during the construction phase.
