Summary

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for serving Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products, with the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, upsell, and cross-sell.

Qualifications

Ideally, candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with a minimum of 1-year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
