Job summary

A leading maritime Company is seeking an experienced Chief Cook for offshore operations in the Middle East. You will manage galley operations, plan diverse menus for crew members, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of cooking experience, particularly in Arabic, Indian, and Continental cuisines, along with offshore experience. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Chief Cook, preferably offshore or maritime.
• Proven expertise in Arabic, Indian, and Continental cuisines.
• Good English (written & spoken) and computer literate.
