Job description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior Zoho Developer who lives and breathes the Zoho One ecosystem, someone who can architect automate and integrate across all modules while ensuring our systems are fast, secure, and beautifully efficient. From custom Deluge scripting to API integrations with our mobile app POS and third-party services you will be the key to keeping our operations connected and our customer experience flawless.

Responsibilities

• Customize, maintain and optimize the Zoho One suite (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Flow, People, Sign and more).
• Build and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for custom logic automation and workflows.
• Design and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party tools (POS, payment gateways, access control, loyalty).
• Ensure system performance, data accuracy and security standards.
• Develop custom modules, reports and dashboards for different business verticals.
• Automate cross‑department data flows (bookings, transactions, HR, inventory).
• Manage role‑based access and workflow permissions.
• Coordinate with mobile developers to connect Zoho back‑end logic with app features.
• Oversee delivery timelines, QA and technical documentation.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• 5 years of professional Zoho One experience (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, People, Inventory, Sign etc.).
• Mastery of Deluge scripting for complex workflows and custom logic.
• Proven expertise in Zoho API integrations and architecture.
• Strong understanding of business operations in F&B, hospitality, wellness or retail.
• Ability to manage multiple systems vendors and integration projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.

Strong Plus

• Familiarity with Flutter/Firebase architecture for app integrations.
• Experience with POS, access control and loyalty system integrations.
• Background in multi‑brand, multi‑location environments.
