The Amazon MENA CX Product team is looking for an analytical and technically skilled business intelligence engineer to join our team. Our team turns disparate raw data into actionable insights that improve every customer's ability to securely discover, evaluate, and purchase products and services across the Amazon store. We own the analytics for the customer shopping journey from Search, Navigation, Homepage, Detail Page till Checkout and order placement. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to lead data analytics and drive critical product decisions for one of these verticals.
We're looking for a driven individual who loves working with BI tools and is able to perform multiple large, complex, and business-critical analyses that will inform product design and business priorities. This is a role that partners with Product as an equal force, not just as a data source. They need to be comfortable accessing and working with data from multiple sources, automate business-critical reports, and partner with internal stakeholders to solve complex and broad business problems. They need to shape product design, track experiment success, and look out for defects to further unearth more workstreams for Product to pick up. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for data and analytics, will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
