Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager role at Loyyal in Dubai Office, UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Loyalty programs and merchant partners in the loyalty domain. You will act as a crucial link between our clients and the delivery team, ensuring that project deliveries exceed customer expectations.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for conducting business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and using analytical skills to support decision-making processes as well as end-to-end delivery of projects.

Experience (MUST)

• Past experience of working as a business analyst for Product, SaaS or Tech company, before being promoted to roles of Project Manager.
• Past experience of working in loyalty or / and payment industry or understanding loyalty / payment sector as part of a business analysis role.
• Have a technical background or understand a techn-functional role with a grip on technical aspects of SaaS / software.
• Understands SDLC lifecycle of project management and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with PMO and BA tools relevant to SaaS : JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and PowerPoint, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology (must), MBA (nice to have).
• Experience in Business Process analysis, Project Management, Product Management.
• Proficiency in documenting Business Requirements and Project documentation.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage deliveries, and build relationships.
• Good knowledge of loyalty and payments.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
• UAE experience as PM / Product / BA.
