A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all facets of logistics operations. The role includes coordinating procurement, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Desired candidates should have a strong background in supply chain management, effective communication skills, and experience in managing logistics teams.
Manage day-to-day operations of supply chain and logistics functions.
Coordinate procurement inventory control warehousing and transportation.
Monitor KPIs to ensure timely delivery cost-efficiency and service quality.
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of shipments inventory and operations.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping standards.
Negotiate with suppliers shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales Finance Warehouse) to support order fulfillment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead and supervise warehouse logistics and fleet management teams.
Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field (Master s is a plus).
Experience: 5 8 years in logistics or operations management.
GCC Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations customs clearance warehouse management and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP Oracle or Zoho Inventory is an advantage.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Willingness to relocate and work full-time in the UAE.
