Project Coordinator - Retail Fit-Out

WeAreAspire Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee multiple high-end retail interior fit-out projects.

The ideal Project Coordinator will work closely with Retail Project Managers, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of multiple retail interior fit out projects from start to finish.
2. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
3. Create project schedules and timelines, and assign tasks to team members.
4. Review project plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
5. Attend project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
6. Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
7. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
8. Ensure project quality standards are met and implement corrective actions when required.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project coordinator in a reputed Fit out or Shopfitting Industry.
3. Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
5. Valid UAE / KSA Driving License.
