Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage all project phases from initiation to close‑out ensuring delivery within contract scope, schedule and budget.
- Client & Business Relations: Retain clients through regular communication, secure new contracts and serve as the primary client interface for approvals and queries.
- Resource & Financial Management: Optimize manpower, equipment and materials to control expenses, achieve target profitability and complete projects within budget.
- On-Site Execution & Team Leadership: Direct supervisors and on‑site teams conduct field reviews, suggest improvements and develop workforce skills through mentorship and training.
- Tendering & Estimation: Lead bid preparation by reviewing tender documents, resolving queries, creating estimates, schedules and incorporating historical project data.
- Compliance & Administration: Uphold all company QHSE policies, ensure adherence to company regulations and manage all project documentation, contracts and financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, senior management, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure project support and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Landscape or related field).
- 5 years of proven experience in project management within the landscaping construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop project teams of various sizes.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and profitability management.
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
