A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks a Lobby Hostess to provide a warm welcome to guests and manage the lobby experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and a polished appearance. Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating with teams for seamless check-in, and enhancing guest engagement. Previous experience in an upscale environment is preferred. This is an opportunity to work in a luxury setting that values exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hostess role within a hotel or upscale environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, polished appearance, and confident presence.
- Ability to remain calm, attentive, and courteous in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests, visitors, and VIPs in a friendly and elegant manner.
- Offer assistance with directions, seating, and check-in guidance.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge teams for smooth guest journeys.
- Monitor lobby traffic and proactively offer support or refreshments.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
