Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have previous food and beverage experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include supervising operations, managing guest queries, and assisting in team training while complying with brand standards. This role is vital in maintaining high service levels and assisting in achieving financial targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel industry is advantageous.
- Experience in supervising and/or delegation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Manage guest queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with financial targets and team training.
