Job summary
A leading HSE firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to lead the team and ensure compliance with HSE policies. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing control measures, and leading investigations into incidents. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with NEBOSH certification, along with 8 years of experience in HSE, including 3 years in the UAE. A proactive and self-motivated professional is preferred to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 8 years in HSE with 3 years of experience in UAE.
- Knowledge of ISO requirements and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence and implementation of HSE policies.
- Lead HSE team and interface with clients and subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations.
- Lead investigations into incidents and accidents.
