Manager – Retail Marketing
Job summary
A leading property development company is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to develop retail strategies and manage marketing events. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of marketing experience, at least 3 years in retail, and a recognized Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. The role is based in Abu Dhabi with responsibilities including market analysis and brand visibility enhancement.

- Minimum of 3 years of Retail Experience in shopping malls.
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

- Develop and manage retail strategy including planning and positioning.

- Show strong market intelligence regarding buyers and competition.
- Create awareness and strengthen the retail image of the brand.
- Manage agency relationships and work closely with communications team.

- Liaise with retail management team to develop marketing and budget plan covering launch, activation, for all retail events
- Show strong market intelligence in terms of buyers/leasing, competition and marketing trends
- Create awareness, enhance visibility and strengthen the retail image of the brand and company
- Manage all agency related relationships and work closely with communications team
- Minimum of 6 years of Marketing Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Retail Experience / shopping malls
