Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager to join the resort’s Workforce Administration team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning of short-term and long-term staffing requirements to facilitate recruitment and skills training
  • Provide effective rosters that maximize labor efficiency and productivity
  • Administer and recommend improvements of the workforce planning software tool
  • Implement and develop new policies when required, including standard operating procedures
  • Identify trends and report feedback to key stakeholders where required
  • Advise and assist the Operations teams with the management of leave.
  • Ensure all internal customers are afforded prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times
  • Provide coaching and training for subordinates
  • Conduct yearly performance reviews
  • Ensure that the subordinates are always well‑mannered and groomed as per company standard
  • Promote a work environment where team members feel valued, appreciated, involved, equally important and safe
  • Interact with department and company team members, management and contractor representatives in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two‑way and cross‑cultural communications
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree major in Finance/Business Administration/Information Technology
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a scheduler or higher is required
  • Microsoft Office Advanced Excel Skills are essential criteria
  • Good communication, observation and organization skills
  • Mature and trustworthy with good attention to detail
  • Confident, friendly and polite
  • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment
