The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years in a similar role, operational knowledge of front desk processes, and familiarity with hotel technology such as Opera. Success in this role involves motivating staff and effectively handling guest inquiries and complaints.
Qualifikationen
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist position.
- Preferably in an international five-star hotel.
Aufgaben
- Supervise front desk operations during check-ins and check-outs.
- Train new employees on reception duties.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with departments for guest requirements.
