The successful candidate will provide financial services to the organization, including but not limited to bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, tax filing, payroll processing and other related activities. - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations
- Manage accounts payables/receivables ensuring timely payments/collections
- Record all deposits into company bank accounts
- Prepare and submit various reports on a regular basis
- Provide advice on budgeting matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Conduct audit procedures as needed
- Process payrolls and prepare related reports as required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
