The American University in the Emirates is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the university's mission and goals. This role encompasses all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's Degree (is preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field from an accredited university
  • Must have professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, GPHR, etc.
  • Must be bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently)
  • Preferably has proven experience in higher education

  • Knowledge of University programs and operations including Administrative and Academic affairs is preferred.
