Job summary
A leading property management firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to oversee community management, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in owners association management, and strong financial management skills. This role offers the opportunity to develop sustainable communities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
- Certification in property or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
Responsibilities
- Community management, including financial management and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize buildings under management.
