Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, with at least 2+ years in crypto / virtual assets / fintech.
• Strong working knowledge of VARA regulations and UAE regulatory landscape.
• Experience working in or with a licensed VASP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day compliance and regulatory requirements under VARA framework.
• Ensure the firm’s policies meet applicable laws and industry best practices.
• Manage KYC/AML processes, transaction monitoring, and reporting obligations.
