The role

Key responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Track project progress, monitor milestones, and manage project risks and issues. Implement project management methodologies and best practices for efficient and effective delivery.
2. Technical Expertise : Apply technical knowledge in software development, content creation, and engineering integration. Understand and communicate technical requirements, constraints, and dependencies to stakeholders and team members. Collaborate with software developers, content creators, and engineers for seamless integration of interactive technologies.
3. Stakeholder Management : Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Gather and analyze requirements, expectations, and feedback to inform project planning. Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide regular updates. Foster strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, engineers, and designers. Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding of objectives. Promote effective communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving. Coordinate activities to ensure alignment.
5. Risk and Issue Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues proactively, seeking resolutions and escalating when necessary. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Quality Assurance : Ensure quality and integrity of deliverables. Establish standards and conduct regular checks to verify functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with QA teams for improvements.
7. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, technical specs, and progress reports. Communicate updates and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
8. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with latest trends. Seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies. Collaborate to implement lessons learned and foster innovation.
