Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Banking and Payments to lead multiple business and technology projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage one or more business and technology projects simultaneously.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
- Act as a Techno‑Functional Project Manager with strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Oversee all phases of project management — Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure.
- Handle at least 3 concurrent projects while ensuring deliverables meet quality and budgetary expectations.
- Create and execute project work plans; monitor progress and revise as needed.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects and resolve challenges promptly.
- Review team deliverables and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular project status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in the Banking/Payments domain.
- Proven experience delivering Banking, Compliance, and Enterprise Applications projects.
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).
- PMI Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP) is mandatory.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams of 5–10 people and coordinate with senior business and functional heads.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in monitoring project performance metrics and ensuring on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
