We are looking for Project Planning Manager for one of bridge project in ensuring that project align with the strategic objectives of the organization. This position is responsible for developing detailed project plans coordinating resources and overseeing timelines to help teams achieve their goals efficiently. By managing operations and guiding project teams through various stages of project execution to ensure contributes to the project overall success and daily operations.

Key duties of a Project Planning Manager include preparing project timelines leading cross‑functional teams preparing progress updates identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track by through effective communication and collaboration the Project Planning Manager ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged ultimately driving projects to successful completion.

A Project Planning Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time within scope and within budget. On a day‑to‑day basis they are responsible for developing detailed project plans that outline the scope timeline and resources required for successful project execution. This involves conducting thorough research gathering input from stakeholders and utilizing project management software to track progress. The Project Planning Manager regularly interacts with team members providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are being completed as planned. They also liaise with customers to clarify project requirements and expectations ensuring that all parties remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition the Project Planning Manager oversees overall operations related to project execution. This includes adjusting store layouts to optimize workflow managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration. Handling any customer complaints is another key responsibility as the Project Planning Manager must address any issues that arise promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications
