What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant in Dubai with a luxury hospitality brand, in a high volume environment or a similar executive support role
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • C‑Suite experience is a must
  • An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations is beneficial

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the daily schedule of the C‑Suite executives with precision, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client appointments, business reviews, and team events.
  • Organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and documents ahead of meetings
  • Record minutes during meetings, track action items, and ensure follow‑ups are completed
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
