As Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, managing both business and personal priorities. You will oversee complex schedules, sensitive communications, high-level VIP client meetings, and a leadership group that spans across several different entities, all while staying two steps ahead and ensuring seamless execution across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and handle logistics with foresight and efficiency
• Prepare and review executive communications, presentations, reports, and confidential documents
• Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members and high-profile clients
• Act as a true gatekeeper — triaging communications, filtering distractions, and ensuring priorities are clearly managed
• Attend meetings, capture minutes, track action items, and drive follow-ups to completion
• Coordinate across departments to align on strategic priorities and business-critical initiatives
• Support personal matters including property, private travel, and lifestyle-related arrangements
• Anticipate needs before they arise and create proactive solutions to potential roadblocks
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation to facilitate smooth information flow and execution
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or founders in the UK and UAE
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities with calm efficiency
• Polished verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal presence
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (bilingual or trilingual preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
• High emotional intelligence, with the maturity to handle sensitive matters and make sound decisions
• Willingness to work flexible hours to provide expert support
