We are now seeking a dynamic Regional Landscape Architecture Lead to drive the strategic, creative, and operational direction of our Landscape Architecture practice from our Abu Dhabi design hub.

The Regional Landscape Architecture Lead will set the regional strategy, creative direction, and operational performance of the Landscape Architecture practice across the Middle East. This senior leadership role oversees multidisciplinary landscape and public realm projects, strengthens client and stakeholder engagement, expands market opportunities, and builds a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates will bring strong design leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering impactful, sustainable landscape environments across the region.

• Lead regional strategy, market growth, and P&L performance for the Landscape Architecture division.
• Champion design excellence, sustainability, and innovation across all project stages.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of landscape architects.
• Strengthen collaboration with Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Engineering, and Environmental teams.
• Oversee project delivery, resource planning, design quality, and risk management.
• Engage with clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to secure and deliver major projects.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles in the Middle East.
• Proven portfolio in large-scale landscape/public realm projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, P&L experience, and business development capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
