We are seeking a Web3-native, globally minded Head of Marketing to lead BNB Chain’s marketing vision and strategy. You will be the driving force behind how the world perceives, understands, and engages with the BNB Chain ecosystem — from builders and degens to institutions and partners.

This role involves more than managing a team or running campaigns; it’s about setting the narrative in a rapidly evolving space, building community with purpose, and growing our ecosystem with a long-term vision.

The Role :

• Own and execute the end-to-end global marketing strategy for BNB Chain — from brand narrative and storytelling to ecosystem amplification and community-led growth.
• Lead high-impact marketing initiatives : hackathons, developer activations, industry events, AMAs, and partnerships.
• Collaborate across product, BD, community, content, PR, and regional leads to unify messaging and maximize impact.
• Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, developer communities, ecosystem projects, and Web3 media.
• Manage and scale a high-performing global marketing team with a bias for experimentation and agility.
• Use data and community feedback to optimize strategy, measure ROI, and implement impactful campaigns.
• Stay connected to Web3 culture, trends, and meme cycles — ensuring BNB Chain is always part of the conversation.

More About You :

• You live and breathe Web3 — fluent in crypto culture, community dynamics, and the pace of the space.
• 5+ years of marketing leadership, ideally with hands-on experience in DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, or Layer 1 / 2 protocols.
• Strong background in community building, brand storytelling, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in shaping narratives, growing products, and launching memorable campaigns.
• Comfortable navigating decentralized ecosystems, managing remote teams, and collaborating across time zones.
• Strategic yet pragmatic — knowing when to zoom out and when to ship fast.
