We are seeking a highly motivated Emirati Project Co-Ordinator/ Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Project Co-Ordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects within our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an Emirati national to contribute to the success of our company while developing valuable project management skills.
- Assist in planning implementing and monitoring projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information
- Liaise with clients stakeholders and team members to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
- Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop and update project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the project manager in day-to-day project activities
Qualifications :
- Emirati national
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- Previous experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of UAE business practices labor laws and regulations
- Understanding of Emiratization initiatives
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) preferred
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
