What You'll Be Doing

• Support the execution of visual merchandising updates across stores in the Middle East, ensuring alignment with brand and regional assortments.
• Assist with store openings and furniture projects, including coordinating suppliers, sharing guidelines with local teams, and helping resolve post-installation issues.
• Track VM timelines, manage tester allocations, and follow up on necessary permits for new installations.
• Communicate planograms and VM updates clearly to internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Compile monthly VM reports using PowerPoint, including store visuals, before-and-after photos, and brand feedback.
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, and design, with a good eye for color, layout, and detail.
• Background in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or Architecture is a plus; students or recent grads are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or SketchUp (used for visual layouts, mockups, or planograms).
• Confident communicator and team player who can collaborate with cross-functional and local teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation building; Arabic language skills are a plus.
