Recruiter4You is seeking a Chinese-speaking Application Support Specialist willing to relocate to Europe and join their new office in Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to maintaining and troubleshooting business-critical applications. The role involves leading technical support efforts, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve application performance.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the application support team.
• Manage incident resolution and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Implement process improvements and best practices for support operations.

Requirements :

• Experience in application support, with leadership or mentoring background.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management tools is a plus.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of Java and/or HTML.
