Position Description :

As part of its expansion in Abu Dhabi, Patriarche is looking for a Construction Manager to build a local team and oversee project execution.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution by rigorously monitoring contractual commitments and optimally coordinating all stakeholders. As the owner of project execution, you will apply construction consultancy principles, ensuring quality control and interface management between the Client and the companies involved.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Execution Management: Overseeing work from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with architectural design and technical/regulatory requirements.
2. Planning and Coordination: Establishing plans, managing stakeholders, and anticipating risks that may affect project timelines.
3. Monitoring and Compliance: Verifying contractors' adherence to contractual obligations, applying RIBA project management methodologies, and making technical adjustments when necessary.
4. Reporting and Administration: Managing financial and budget tracking, handling technical documentation, and producing reports to ensure transparency with the Client.
5. Interface Management: Acting as the primary liaison between contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, resolving technical disputes, and facilitating effective communication between the Design team and the Client.

Description du poste:

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité à Abu Dhabi, Patriarche recherche un.e Chargé.e de Travaux pour structurer une équipe locale et piloter l'exécution des projets en tant que Maîtrise d'œuvre.

Vous serez garant.e du bon déroulement des travaux en assurant un suivi rigoureux des engagements contractuels et une coordination optimale entre toutes les parties prenantes.

Véritable chef d'orchestre de l'exécution, vous veillerez à l'application des principes de maîtrise d'œuvre en assurant le contrôle qualité et la gestion des interfaces entre la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage et les entreprises intervenantes.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions consistent :

• Pilotage de l'exécution : supervision des travaux du démarrage jusqu'à la réception, en garantissant la cohérence du projet architectural avec les prescriptions techniques et réglementaires.

• Planification et organisation : élaboration des plannings d'intervention, coordination des intervenants, et anticipation des risques pouvant impacter le calendrier du projet.

• Suivi et contrôle : vérification du respect des engagements contractuels des entreprises, application des méthodologies de gestion des travaux selon les référentiels internationaux (RIBA), et ajustements techniques si nécessaire.

• Reporting et gestion administrative : suivi financier et budgétaire des projets, gestion des documents techniques, et rédaction de comptes rendus pour assurer une transparence avec la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage.

• Gestion des interfaces : interlocuteur privilégié auprès des entreprises pour garantir le respect du cahier des charges, arbitrer les litiges techniques, et assurer une communication fluide entre la Maîtrise d'œuvre et la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage.

Qualifications :

Profil souhaité :

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en Construction, Génie Civil ou Architecture
• Expérience confirmée en gestion de chantier et conduite de travaux
• Expertise en gestion de projet et suivi financier dans un contexte international
• Maîtrise des outils et logiciels de planification et suivi de chantier
• Connaissance des méthodologies RIBA et des standards internationaux de gestion de projet
• Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation avec des partenaires variés
• Anglais professionnel courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
