Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi (Canadian Applicants Preferred)
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French language skills are an asset).
- Canadian nationality preferred (other nationalities with relevant experience will also be considered).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi if not already based in the city.
Salary :
1200 per month, plus benefits and accommodation.
