A leading financial services firm located in Dubai seeks an Analytical Manager to join their EMEA Ratings Services team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in credit analysis and proven leadership capabilities in an international context. The Dubai and Riyadh-based analytical team is an integral part of the EMEA Ratings Services organization comprising a group of over 20 analysts covering the dynamic and growing Middle East region. The cross-practice team spans Sovereigns, Financial Services, Corporates/Infrastructure, and deep expertise in Islamic Finance, government related entities (GREs) and multilateral development institutions (MLIs). The Analytical Manager will be part of the EMEA Credit Ratings Leadership team, accountable for fostering alignment and executing S&P’s analytical priorities in the region. The role enables the on‑ground team to align around strategy, deliver superior customer service, and produce timely, high‑quality analytics and credit decisions. It builds trust, nurtures talent, and champions inclusive and high‑performance leadership.
