Job summary
A recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Sales Head to establish and build an Agents Network and Channel Partners in assigned regions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, ideally from Real Estate Developers or FMCG backgrounds. The role is based in Dubai with a salary range of AED 18K to AED 32K depending on seniority. Interested candidates are invited to apply with their CV.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in building Agents Network/Channel Partners in assigned Geographies is essential.
- Industry experience from Real Estate Developers, FMCG, or Insurance is required.
Responsibilities
- Set up and build Agents Network/Channel Partners in assigned geographies.
Required for International Company in Dubai. Real Estate Sales Head.
- Hands-on in setting up and building Agents Network / Channel Partners in assigned geographies.
- Brings 10+ yrs of experience.
- Should be hands on in setting up & building Agents Network / Channel Partners in assigned Geographies.
- Candidate should have experience in building the network in the said markets. Example: An Arab based in Dubai or based in Egypt for North Africa markets.
- Industry open to looking at Real Estate Developers / FMCG / Insurance i.e. Distribution background compulsory.
- Position(s) based in Dubai, UAE.
- Nationality & Markets: Egyptian based in Egypt or Dubai handling Real Estate Sales; Lebanese handling Africa Markets based in Lebanon.
- Sales Agent roles (Manager / Associate Director / Director level).
- Salary range 18 – 32 K. Depending upon the seniority of the individual & Internal Parity.
