A recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Sales Head to establish and build an Agents Network and Channel Partners in assigned regions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, ideally from Real Estate Developers or FMCG backgrounds. • Hands-on in setting up and building Agents Network / Channel Partners in assigned geographies.

Qualifications

• Brings 10+ yrs of experience.
• Should be hands on in setting up & building Agents Network / Channel Partners in assigned Geographies.
• Candidate should have experience in building the network in the said markets. Example: An Arab based in Dubai or based in Egypt for North Africa markets.
• Industry open to looking at Real Estate Developers / FMCG / Insurance i.e. Distribution background compulsory.
• Position(s) based in Dubai, UAE.
• Nationality & Markets: Egyptian based in Egypt or Dubai handling Real Estate Sales; Lebanese handling Africa Markets based in Lebanon.
• Sales Agent roles (Manager / Associate Director / Director level).
• Salary range 18 – 32 K. Depending upon the seniority of the individual & Internal Parity.
