Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, you will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and propose strategies for optimization. The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing, a creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building a strong market presence and achieving business growth objectives in the region.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to coordinate effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for brand expansion.
• Manage multiple marketing channels including digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and improve strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing activities.
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
• Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials, both digital and print.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities in the Middle East market.
• Support the development and nurturing of key relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant marketing experience within the Middle East region.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Proven track record in successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
• Deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and market dynamics in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
