Job summary
A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in the aluminium and glass installation industry. You will supervise all site activities, manage installation crews, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in a similar role within the UAE and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the aluminium & glass or façade industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass types, fixing methods, and façade installation techniques.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities related to aluminium and glass installation.
- Manage and direct installation crews.
- Monitor quality of work and conduct site inspections.
- Maintain daily site logs and progress records.
