Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with design and site teams to procure materials, finishes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for fit-out materials (e.g., gypsum, MDF, paint, tiles, lighting, joinery items)
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare cost comparisons
• Generate purchase orders and track deliveries to site
• Coordinate with project/site teams to align material supply with construction schedules
• Maintain supplier database and develop strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget limits
• Assist with logistics and documentation for local and overseas purchases

Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement within fit-out or interior contracting
• Strong knowledge of materials and suppliers in the UAE market
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement software (e.g., Zoho, SAP)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
