Salesforce Business Analyst (Based in Dubai – UAE)
Job summary
A leading digital consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage project deliverables. This role requires 3–4 years of experience as a business analyst, with strong Salesforce knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate sector. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to organize multiple priorities. The position also involves providing user training and conducting workshops.
Qualifications
- 3 – 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with at least 3 years in Salesforce.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Ability to organize and manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements.
- Develop functional requirements and provide user training.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 3 – 4 years of experience as business analyst with minimum 3 years in Salesforce
- Experience in Real Estate industry
- Advanced skills in business analysis with the capability to capture requirements, make recommendations, and optimize implementation to meet overall business goals
- Qualifications and experience should exceed QA requirements
- Knowledge in Software Design and/or coding languages
- Problem solving; positive approach and conflict resolution
- Ability to organize and manage competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills especially in English
- Experience in development and delivery of end-user training for business systems is a plus
- Functional / Industry knowledge is a plus
- Based in UAE
- Ability to travel
