Role Overview

Your mission: Identify high-potential protocol teams, both established and emerging, and book discovery calls with our Account Executive team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Source & onboard protocol leaders (priority weight: 10×)
  • Build outreach strategy, refine messaging, and manage leads in CRM (5×)
  • Own your drive & priorities, stay adaptive and ambitious to help the firm succeed (5×)
  • Support brand growth through event coordination, social media, and marketing when relevant (1×)
