Job summary
A luxury hotel brand in Abu Dhabi is looking for a full-time Housekeeper. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, ensuring brand compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a luxury hotel and possess excellent communication skills, physical fitness, and a positive attitude. Flexibility in working varying shifts is essential, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.
- Report maintenance defects through KnowCross.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
