Zusammenfassung
A consulting firm in Dubai seeks an experienced architectural professional to oversee and monitor architectural works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have at least 15 years of experience, with 6 years in the UAE or a similar environment. Responsibilities include review and processing of technical documents, leading coordination among disciplines, and managing compliance with quality standards. This is a full-time role without remote work options.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Middle East, with 6 years in UAE or Middle East based international consultancy environment.
- Complete project understanding in the architectural discipline from inception to handover.
Aufgaben
- Oversee and monitor architectural works to ensure conformance with contract documents.
- Review and process all architectural technical submittals.
- Address RFIs related to architectural aspects.
- Coordinate and supervise architectural activities and operations.
- Review contractors' architectural change order proposals.
