Job summary

A consulting firm in Dubai seeks an experienced architectural professional to oversee and monitor architectural works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have at least 15 years of experience, with 6 years in the UAE or a similar environment. Responsibilities include review and processing of technical documents, leading coordination among disciplines, and managing compliance with quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Middle East, with 6 years in UAE or Middle East based international consultancy environment.
• Complete project understanding in the architectural discipline from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor architectural works to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Review and process all architectural technical submittals.
• Address RFIs related to architectural aspects.
• Coordinate and supervise architectural activities and operations.
• Review contractors' architectural change order proposals.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of exterior envelope details and material interfaces

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Ability to review technical documentation

Strong understanding of project specifications and authority requirements

Education

Bachelors Degree in Architecture
