Zusammenfassung
As part of the Automotive team in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality servicing and repairs of passenger sedans and 4-wheel drive vehicles. Ideal candidates should possess a trade-related certificate or diploma and have 2-4 years of experience in a dealership workshop. Strong analytical, communication, and inter-personal skills are essential, along with the ability to provide established standards of customer service.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience working in dealership workshop.
- Experience with Japanese/American or European cars such as Volvo, Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge.

- Perform quality servicing and repairs on passenger sedans and 4-wheel drive vehicles.
- Identify customer requests and refine the diagnostic process.
- Observe manufacturer’s methods and recommendations.

Ausbildung
As part of our Automotive team in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing quality servicing and repairs on Passenger Sedans and 4 wheel drive vehicles, so as to return them to the manufacturer’s specifications.
You will be responsible for identifying customer’s requests, analyzes them, and refines the diagnostic process. You will also perform the requested work, in observance of the manufacturer’s methods (recommendations and operating procedures).
You should possess Trade related certificate/diploma and should have at least a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience working a dealership workshop and repair section of Japanese/American or European cars such as Volvo, Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge. You should have ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of car repairs/maintenance.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
