The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about managing challenging long‑term projects across multiple teams and cities. We are looking for an someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.

The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with knowledge of program management, demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, be experienced in large‑scale change management across functions and geographies and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem‑solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize and a passion for customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Learn to analyze operational data and identify basic trends to support business decisions
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance metrics to help identify areas for improvement
  • Support data collection and basic reporting using Excel; develop skills in SQL and other data management tools over time
  • Help identify and escalat[e] operational issues to appropriate teams and track resolution progress
  • Participate in communications with internal teams (Fulfillment Centers Regional PMs) and external partners (Carriers, Sellers) under guidance
  • Help maintain and update internal documentation and training materials
  • Learn Amazon’s operations processes and systems while supporting daily operational activities
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including: basic formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Previous experience in operations, logistics or data analysis
  • Previous experience with SQL or database management systems
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in documentation or technical writing
  • Demonstrated project management skills through academic or extracurricular activities
