SLICIT in Dubai is seeking a CRM Administrator to optimise Zoho One CRM to support marketing, sales and customer service strategies. You will configure, maintain, and enhance the CRM for efficient customer interactions and business processes.

This role requires technical savviness and analytical skills, plus strong data management and integration capabilities to drive engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Zoho One customization, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering CRM platforms such as Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics/HubSpot is valuable.
• Strong data management and analytics to derive insights for engagement strategies.
• Ability to integrate CRM with other business systems and perform customizations.
• Proven track record of improving CRM processes for user experience and efficiency.
• Experience delivering CRM user training and ongoing support.
• Solid project management experience with CRM upgrades and migrations.
