Job summary

SEVEN in Dubai seeks an experienced Zoho Administrator to manage and expand the Zoho ecosystem. You will optimize Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, Creator, Flow and Analytics, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity across departments.

This in-house role collaborates with leadership and operations to enhance processes and reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Zoho administration, strong Deluge scripting skills, and experience with API integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing Zoho One applications.
Strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integrations and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho One suite across departments.
Customize Zoho apps to match business workflows and automate processes.
Design reports dashboards and data analytics to provide insights to management.
Maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party systems such as POS and HR software.
Collaborate with department heads and train users on Zoho applications.
Ensure system stability, security settings and regular audits.
