RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer - Wireless Networking in Dubai to conduct site surveys, perform radio planning, and design end-to-end wireless solutions for outdoor Wi‑Fi and PTP/PTMP links. You will develop BOQs, proposals, and tender responses while coordinating with customers and vendors to validate solutions and push opportunities toward closure.

The role requires hands-on RF planning, field surveys, and strong techno-commercial skills, with experience in Proxim,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
5+ years of wireless networking experience with RF planning and site surveys.
Experience with RF/price tender submissions and techno-commercial work.

Mansioni

Conduct site surveys, LOS assessments, feasibility studies and network design for outdoor Wi‑Fi and wireless links.
Develop BOQs, technical drawings, RFQ/RFP responses and cost proposals with margins.
Coordinate with customers and vendors to validate solutions and support commercial closure.
Review designs, support implementation and ensure technical compliance and performance.
