RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer - Wireless Networking in Dubai to conduct site surveys, perform radio planning, and design end-to-end wireless solutions for outdoor Wi‑Fi and PTP/PTMP links. You will develop BOQs, proposals, and tender responses while coordinating with customers and vendors to validate solutions and push opportunities toward closure.

Job Description:

• Conduct site surveys, line-of-sight assessments, feasibility studies, radio/path planning, link budgeting, and network design for outdoor Wi-Fi, PTP/PTMP, licensed microwave, and E-band solutions.
• Develop network architectures, BOQs, technical drawings, RFQ/RFP/tender responses, compliance statements, and commercially competitive proposals, including costing, pricing, and margin optimization.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, Sales/BD teams, and wireless technology vendors to validate solutions, negotiate pricing, conduct demonstrations/POCs, and support opportunities through commercial closure.
• Act as the wireless networking subject matter expert, review designs and proposals, support implementation and troubleshooting, and ensure technical compliance, performance, and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant wireless networking experience as specified in the client's JD.
• Proven hands-on expertise in RF/path planning, physical site surveys, link budgets, and wireless network design, including PTP/PTMP (5/6 GHz), licensed microwave (6–38 GHz), and millimeter-wave/E-band technologies (60/80 GHz).
• Strong techno-commercial experience preparing BOQs, RFQs, RFPs, tender submissions, technical proposals, solution costing, and margin analysis, with working knowledge of IP networking.
• Experience with Pathloss, LINKPlanner, or equivalent RF planning tools, and wireless equipment from Proxim, SAF Tehnika, BridgeWave, Cambium, Aviat, RADWIN, Ceragon, or comparable manufacturers. Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.
