The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English, with Arabic a valuable bonus in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a wellness-focused studio.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome clients warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere in the studio.
• Manage class bookings and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person about schedules and pricing.
• Process payments for classes, memberships, and retail items using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
• Liaise with instructors to confirm class schedules and attendance.
• Support marketing by distributing flyers and assisting with events.
• Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and membership databases with care.
