Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in salon reception or related role.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and guide them to the beauty station.
• Inform the assigned beautician on client arrival.
• Book, confirm and manage appointments via multiple channels.
• Welcome walk-in clients and provide service information.
• Process cash and card payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate client records and records of services.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
